TXGN15-12 series products are composed of standard functional units completing by the factory. Taking the SF6 gas with superior performance as the arc extinguishing insulating medium, its cabinet volume is small, reasonable and compact, installation is convenient, operation is easy, safe and stable, which is widely recognized in the 10KV power supply and distribution system.

Convenient installation: small volume and light weight of the unit makes it easier for users to consignment and install. The equipment can be connected according to the requirements of users to form a complete wiring scheme, and can also select intelligent control unit to realize intelligent control unit. The standardized design makes the product an ideal choice for users to modify and extend the power transmission scheme.

Simple mode of operation: each unit body is equipped with a single line diagram of the circuit and an analog display that can display the internal parts of the switch. There is a linkage board on the whole mechanism that can ensure the rotation direction of the handle and correctly operate the equipment to prevent misoperation. In addition, step-by-step instructions for simple and safe operation are provided on the unit door.

Structural characteristics:

The unit is made of imported aluminum and zinc plate, and the unit, unit door and upper chamber are all treated by plastic spraying. All units are equipped with main earthing busbar which can be connected with adjacent units. All metal components, such as grounding switches and interlocking parts are connected to the ground busbar. To ensure  continuity, parts connected by screws are connected with copper braided tape, the back part of the unit is fitted with a pressure relief door to ensure that gas is discharged to the back of the unit in case of internal arc burning. The upper cover plate of the unit body is fixed by screws and can be unloaded from the outside for busbar connection. The auxiliary devices in the upper part of the unit can be fitted with terminal panels and other small elements. The relay protection can be realized after the small room is raised

The load switch and the grounding switch are interlocked with obstacles, and the compulsory linkage between the earthing switch and the unit door can be realized automatic interlock according to the following steps: closing the unit door, opening the grounding switch, closing the load switch. Separate operation modes effectively avoid misoperation.
