Main purpose
1.Full insulation, full sealing, maintenance-free, reliable to ensure personal safety;
2.Compact structure, volume is only 1 / 3 – 1 / 5 of that of the European transformer with the same capacity; Height is only 1.5, not blocking the line of sight;
3.Adopt separate box structure to avoid oil pollution in transformer oil tank;
4.The high voltage side adopts double fuses for full-range protection, greatly reducing the cost;
5.It can be used in the loop network, but also for the terminal, the cable head can be plugged and unplugged urgently when the load current is 200A.
6.low voltage side can be equipped with under-voltage controller, when abnormal voltage appears in the system, can quickly cut off the low voltage side load;
7.High-voltage oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch can be automatically upgraded, which lays the foundation for the automation of distribution network.
Use
It is widely used in various public places such as urban power grid reconstruction, residential quarters and factories and mines , mines, hotels, airports, railways, docks, highways and other indoor and outdoor places.
Regular service conditions
1.Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
2.Ambient temperature: – 35 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;
3.Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95 % and the monthly average is not more than 90 %.
4.Installation site: no fire, explosion danger, chemical corrosive gas and well-ventilated place, and the ground inclination angle is not more than 3°.

Transformer
It selects new type S9 series transformer is selected, with low loss, good overload capacity and strong short circuit resistance. All fasteners are protected. We can also choose S 11 series ring-free core transformer with better performance.

Fuse
The American type box transformer substation high voltage side is provided with full range protection by the backup protective fuse and the plug type fuse in series. The principle is simple, economical and reliable; the backup protective fuse is oil-immersed high-voltage current-limiting fuse with large breaking capacity. Only in the case of internal fault of transformer, double sensitive fuse is installed in the action plug-in fuse. It can provide dual protection of current and temperature. After the dual-sensitive fuse is blown out, the fuse core can be replaced conveniently at the site.
Load switch
Load switch is oil-immersed, three-phase linkage switch, spring operating mechanism; can be switched on or off with load, the switching speed has nothing to do with the magnitude of the operating force, the type has two-station, four-station T-type, four-T V-type and other options.
