Outline

TSIS-12 series is a new generation of compact solid insulated ring main unit with high level of operation security. It is used as the core unit of distribution network. The equipment main modularized components such as circuit breaker and three-position isolation switch body, load switch and three-position isolation switch body, fuse unit, isolated busbar and cable connector. All high-voltage live parts are made of high-quality insulating materials. The vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber, main conductive loop and the insulation support are integrated into a whole, to achieve full insulation, full sealing and maintenance-free structure. At the same time, it also greatly reduces the insulation gap between the switch phases, every circuit by observing the position of the earthing switch through the independent observation window, the safety of operation and maintenance is ensured.

The vacuum circuit breaker and the three-position isolating switch adopt the newly designed combined spring operating mechanism to ensure the reliability of the circuit breaker (load switch) and the three-station isolating switch.

TSIS-12 series compact solid insulated ring network cabinets can be configured with intelligent on-line monitoring system, which can provide a strong guarantee for the normal operation of switchgear and the whole distribution line.

Product classification

According to the function of the system, it can be divided into the following functional units: incoming units, outgoing units, busbar units, metering units, PT units, arrester units, etc. Different functional units have different wiring schemes, which are usually expressed by wiring schemes.

According to the main switch type, it can be divided into load switchgear cabinet (C cabinet), load switch fuse combined electrical cabinet (F cabinet) and circuit breaker cabinet (V cabinet).
